john heartfield



don't be frightened hes a vegetarians (13 November1934) thisimage is a chicken with a France hat on and Hitler wearing a butchers apron with blood all over it and he is sharpening some knifes. i think the image symbolises that he wants to kill all of the Frence.



and yet it moves (1943) this image is a monkey with Hitlers face and he is siting in the world i think this symbolises that Hitler is a monkey and that he is going to take over the world.


the cross wasn't that heavy (1934) this image is of christ and he is holding a swastika sticker and a man fixing it for him so this image symbolises that Hitler is trying to take the religion of Christianity.
Photo montage is when you pout lots of images together to mack one.

what did you see while you were inside the camera obscure?
i could see cars and buildings and the roads

how is this camera obscure similar to the inside of a camera?
the camera sees the image the same way up side down

how is it different?
the images are moving

why was the image upside-down?
because you are forsing it throw a small hole
